This home in La Jolla suffered minor flood damage and the original white washed wood flooring was able to be saved with some board replacements and a Sand & Refinish. The owner chose to update her flooring by selecting a new darker stain color.

Customer added wood flooring in their kitchen, but had existing wood flooring in their dining room. Dave spliced in the new wood as seen in the before picture and then sanded the entire floor to make it all look the same.
