LABOR WARRANTY

All labor is warranted for one year from date of installation completion by Dave Wilson Hardwood Flooring.  Labor warranty does not include the following, but not limited to:

Any damage as a result of improper maintenance

Failure to control home temperature/humidity

Improper exterior drainage

Water leaks from plumbing

MATERIAL WARRANTY

All material warranty will revert to manufacturer's warranty.  All material warranty will be available upon request
